Do I need an account to place an order online?
You don’t need to create an account to place an order. We recommend creating one for easier future checkouts, but you can still checkout as a guest.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help you, but unfortunately, we can’t change or cancel orders once they’ve been shipped.
Local Shipping and Internationa shipping policy
Singapore Shipping
Free Shipping on all Singapore local orders above SGD 50.
For orders below SGD 50. a flat shipping fee of SGD 5 applies.
International Shipping
Free worldwide shipping for orders above SGD 180.
For orders below SGD 180, the following shipping fees apply:
- Zone 1: Malaysia. Shipping Fee: SGD 10
- Zone 2: Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Shipping Fee: SGD 15
- Zone 3: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Shipping Fee: SGD 20
- Zone 4: Australia, New Zealand, Shipping Fee SGD 25
- Zone 5: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Shipping Fee: SGD 30
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): Please note that duties, taxes, and customs charges (if any) are not included and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to issue a refund, but unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders once they’ve been shipped.
Can I exchange my item?
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend contacting us at info@triiiplestudio.com to place an order for a new item. However, regarding hygiene concerns, underwear is non-refundable once opened.

Customer Service
Is there a return fee?
Yes, a return fee, which includes the shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund amount.
What is the return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. However, a return fee will be added to the refund amount. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unwrapped, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Before opening the product, please double-check the size and style to ensure a proper fit.
What if my item is the wrong size or damaged?
If you received damaged or incorrect-sized items, we’ll find the best solution for you. Please contact us at isaiah.thomas@triiiplestudio.com. Attach the order number and a photo or video of the item in the email. The return window is within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We won’t accept returns or exchanges for items more than 14 days from your order date.
When do I get my refund?
When we’ve received and processed your return, you’ll receive an email notification. Typically, it takes 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method. We strive to process the refund as soon as we receive the return, but the latest refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving it.

However, please note that underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded once opened due to hygiene concerns.
